"The units converter"

At the beginning I intended to make one converter (I had one in the course), but I wanted to make something useful in life. We can choose in four converters: temperature, distance, mileage, area, I think these are quite ok. Still there is one mistery for me: In the mileage converter, when JavaScript calculates amount of used fuel, in polish we can use coma in number (5,99) or dot, but in english we can't, it has to be dot. I have checked the code for a few times (didn't see any mistake) and at this moment I don't know why it hppens?!
